Press on nails can get wet, but they are not fully waterproof. They’re more water-resistant depending on the glue or adhesive you use.
Water & Press On Nails:
💦 If you use UV nail glue/tabs → More secure, can handle washing hands and showers, but prolonged water exposure (hot showers, swimming) may weaken them.
💦 If you use adhesive tabs → Less durable, may start lifting with water exposure, especially in baths or pools.
Tips to Make Press-Ons Last Longer:
✅ Avoid soaking them in hot water for a long period of time (e.g., long baths, dishwashing without gloves).
✅ Wait at least 1-2 hours after application before getting them wet.
✅ Use a strong UV nail glue/tabs if you need them to last longer.
✅ Apply a clear top coat to seal edges and protect from moisture.
