Our Promise
At Aurelle Beauty, we want you to love your press-on nails. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 30 days of your delivery date
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, worn, or had the seal removed
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@aurellebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorisation and the return address
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Post it back to us — we recommend using a trackable postage method, as Aurelle Beauty is not responsible for items lost in transit
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.
Your Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose between:
Option 1 — Full Refund
A refund to your original payment method for the product amount (excluding original shipping). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
Option 2 — Store Credit
Store credit to your Aurelle Beauty account for the full product value, valid for 12 months. Store credit is issued within 1–2 business days of us receiving your return — faster than a bank refund, and it never expires within the validity period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@aurellebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
